Growing Girls with Grace, Confidence, & Purpose
A mentorship and personal development program for girls in grades 3–12. Rooted in sisterhood, service, and self-discovery, we help girls grow into confident young women who know their worth, use their voice, and lead with compassion.
Program Overview
Butterflies & Lilies is a program that guides girls through three phases of growth: discovering who they are, developing their strengths, and preparing to lead and serve others. Each phase blends mentorship, social-emotional learning, and hands-on activities to promote confidence, character, and community engagement.
Our Three Stages of Growth

Stage 1: Caterpillars
Grades 3-5
Focus: Discovery and Self-Confidence
Girls explore who they are through fun, creative lessons about self-esteem, friendship, and kindness. Activities include positive affirmation exercises, team-building, and community awareness projects.

Stage 2: Blossoms
Grades 6-8
Focus: Character and Community
Middle school participants learn to lead through empathy and understanding. Topics include goal setting, social awareness, civic responsibility, and healthy friendships—all designed to help them grow into strong, compassionate leaders.

Stage 3: Butterflies
Grades 9-12
Focus: Leadership and Legacy
High school girls are mentored to embrace leadership roles in school and beyond. They participate in workshops on career exploration, college readiness, financial literacy, and advocacy—emerging as young women ready to make their mark on the world.
